The content of the reading you receive from Zoey is subject to your own interpretation and in no way constitutes - nor is intended to replace - medical, psychological, legal, financial, business, or other advice. Medical or mental health treatment should be sought for those dealing with serious physical or mental illness.
Zoey does not accept any liability whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly for your choices, thoughts, and/or actions based on your requested reading. Any actions taken by you as a result of your reading are done so at your own risk and expense.

All guidance is subject to my own interpretation. I agree that any information or guidance provided does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. I understand that a non-refundable payment in-full is required at the time of booking and that if I fail to appear for my appointment or to reschedule, this payment is forfeited. I understand and agree Merhipsy LLC, its owners, and its employees claim no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the reading I received today. I understand that all information shared with Merhipsy LLC will be held in the strictest of confidence.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. All appointments canceled within a 24 hour period of the scheduled time will not be refunded. If you would like to reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of your session price will be charged. Missed appointments cannot be refunded. The appointment is considered "missed" after 1/3 of the session time has passed.
Course Cancellation Policy
All courses and classes hosted by Merhipsy LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon through a payment plan. Special exceptions will not be made.
